José Edgardo Tejada: Having a specialty in Business Administration, José has developed a love for nature, specially in bird watching. He has experience working as an assistant Park Ranger and 20 years in birdwatching, as a guide and as a tour leader for the Elder Hostel. He actively in special projects for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and for the Panama Audubon Society.
Additional, José has participated as a guide for special associations such as Young Presidents Organization, Jason Project, American Birding Association in Panama and the National Audubon Society. He has a passion for Digiscoping Photography.
Luis E. Paz: Luis studied to be a Master in Biological Sciences at the University of Babes-Bolyai in Rumania. Upon his return to his mother country, Panama, Luis worked in many fields for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, including their Marine Exhibition Center. He has worked as an Ecological Tourism Guide for 12 years developing in this way his love for birdwatching, which he has practiced for over 10 years. Luis participates actively during the Panama Audubon Society Christmas Bird Counts. He has participated as a guide for special associations such at Young Presidents Organization and as a tour leader for the Elder Hostel.
Rafael H. Montilla: Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities with Specialty in Geographical Ecological Tourism, Rafael is a young, active person with a love for nature. He has been working as a Bilingual Interpretative Guide for various companies such as Gamboa Rainforest Resort, Aventuras Panama and now with SERGESA. Rafael is very cooperative with the company functioning as a trainer for new guides. He has a special certificate from the National Association for Interpretation.
Roberto Oscar Medina: Roberto has a specialty as a Tourism Technician with studies in Ecology, History and Tourism Business Administration. He is a naturalist, birdwatcher with knowledge on birds found in Panama and their distribution, as well as on trees in the Panamanian forest. He has worked for more than 4 years attending groups of tourists that come to Panama.
Felix Ramon Medina: Felix is an experienced tourism ecological guide with more than 20 years in the field. His experience is in ecology, birdwatching and history. He has 2 years of ecology and training by Cornell University. His main area of work has been Venezuela and he is now experimenting in Panama.
